Earth Yoga For The People

Earth Yoga For The People is a 8-week yoga series happening at Strawberry Creek Park in Berkeley from April - May 2026.

Dates and time to be announced.

Informed by Shinrin-Yoku, the traditional Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, this offering will invite you to attune to your five senses with each Asana in order to bathe in the restorative magic the natural environment offers.

Come practice accompanied by the soft grass, sun and trees immersed in the symphony of windsong, and birdsong while connecting to the electromagnetic field of the Earth.

A portion of your ticket will be donated to MECA: The Middle East Children’s Alliance, a nonprofit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East.
